The Space:

Experience a pleasant stay dipping in and out of the pool, playing tennis, or working out at the on-site fitness center when you stay at this oceanfront Hilton Head condo! In the evening, relax with a glass of wine on the villa’s private balcony facing the ocean.



This third-floor, two-bedroom Island Club villa overlooks the resort's beautifully landscaped grounds and is within walking distance to the beach. The nearby shops, restaurants, and art galleries also offer a full day of activities. If you prefer some quiet time with the family, you can relax on the quiet resort property, where you'll find shared swimming pools and hot tub, basketball courts, a fishing lagoon, and a designated playground area.



The spacious living room comes with a 26' flatscreen TV, free WiFi, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony, where you can wake early to catch a stunning ocean sunrise. The living room opens to the dining room with a dining table set and a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom provides patio access and is outfitted with a king bed, 22' flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom while the guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, 18' flatscreen TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Very nice and great location!

The condo and community were super nice! Super short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, nice beds (we even used the pull out couch). We couldn't get the TV in the living room to work properly and it is pretty small, but it wasn't an issue for us. Overall great place to stay - would stay again and recommend to others!

Condo was great, both my traveling companion and I had very private bedrooms. We were on the Shady Side of the building which was great. Everything was clean and we had all of the kitchen items that were needed. The one thing I did not like was the carts for bringing up our luggage. They were terrible you could not fit a suitcase on them. I know that is not the owner's fault. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The condo was clean and ready for us ahead of our check in time and was in great condition. We were there for 4 nights and had no issues at all. The beds were very comfortable, as were the living room and kitchen furniture. The external lock box code was very convenient so that we didn't have to worry about keys. The A/C, TVs, and electronics all worked. Bathrooms have been updated with tile and glass doors. Refrigerator and Washer/Dryer were relatively new and in great condition, and we all appreciated the full size coffee maker with timer. This unit is set back a bit, so the view of the ocean is limited from the patio, but the patio faces Northeast, so you get sunshine in the morning and nice shade in the afternoon! Only suggested update would be a speaker system that is Bluetooth or wireless compatible.

Condo is really a 4 star but our Arrival was rough as the condo needed some immediate attention. Dishes were dirty in cupboard. Dishwasher had rotten water and bugs in it. Garbage disposal was not working. Floors needed better cleaning. THRILLED to say the manager took care of all of it our first day! Extremely responsive. Location is great, you can see the ocean and has good view of trees and neighbor house. Bed was really comfy, as was the living room. Rugs could use a cleaning. Bathrooms were good and lots of towels. This place has been used and is showing it, but still a nice spot to spend a week!

We loved the property. The only issues we had was in finding the property. There were several different buildings on the property all with different names. All we knew was our room number but had no idea which building we were staying in. For future reference, I would just make sure to tell renters which building and room they are staying in. Aside from that we loved it.

Great little condo for a girls beach getaway!

Traveled with my two girlfriends for a much needed getaway to Hilton Head - the condo was clean and fit our needs. Check in and check out was super easy. We loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach from the condo! We also loved the close proximity to the pool as well. Only thing that would have made it a bit better- we would have loved if the TVs were a bit larger in the living room/bedrooms but overall we were super pleased! We didn’t want to leave! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the location! It was so close to the beach with a ramp and walking path providing easy access. The home had everything we needed as a family of five. The guest room had very comfortable beds for the kids. The king sized bed was a little firm and the bedding needs an update. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer for wet clothes and towels. Another positive was having the option of early check in and late check out for our particular days. We took advantage of adding the late check out for a small fee, and it made our last day the best! We would definitely return to this beach home!

Convenient location

This property was convenient to the beach, pool, and lots of places to eat and shop. This air was cold and the refrigerator was cold. (It was August and very hot outside so this was very important.) The owner provided dish detergent, dish soap, washing pods, hand soap, etc. (This is not always in the units we stay in.)
