A staircase leads to the loft area that offers even more space for guests to spread out. Very clean space and the main room is very open so it feels big. The view outback was nice. Beds were super comfy. Everything nice and updated. Few conflicting things with check in and check out processes - received texts, emails and a packet within the house that all said slightly different things. So I found it slightly confusing and odd to book with VRBO but also a company.

Hilton Head is a wonderful place. Our family has grown to the point where we can no longer all stay at "grandpa's house". This is an excellent option. Walkable to grandpa's house, and a great overall location.The condo seemed to be under some construction with spackle on the walls, which is the only reason for the cleanliness imperfection. Seems to be a new VRBO, with essentially no "extras" in the kitchen. No salt, no sugar, no spices other than pepper. No coffee, though there is both a Keurig and a Mr. coffee.There was a small leak in the bathroom, which I reported immediately. They could not have been more prompt, and the repair man could not have been more gracious. It was a good experience, especially since it was over the holiday.

Condo is bigger than pictures show. Plenty of room for the six of us. Beds are very comfortable. Place was very clean. Had a charcoal grill on patio for use. Nice being across the street from the pool which was nice. We would come back here again.

Great family vacay!
