Im Großen und Ganzen war ich ich zufrieden. Ausstattung und Platz gut gelöst. Leider war der Geschirrspüler kaputt und hat den Küchenbereich unter Wasser gesetzt. Im Bad könnten die Silikonfugen mal erneuert und die Duschwanne ausgetauscht werden. Die Duschwanne fühlt sich unter den Füßen an, als ob ein Hohlraum unter dem Becken zum Einbruch führen könnte.

Die Wohnung und die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und alle notwendigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Der Kühlschrank hat ein, da vom Schlafraum nicht räumlich getrennt, recht lautes Laufgeräusch. Für den WLAN-Router wäre ein Verstärker wünschenswert, da das WLAN-Signal im hinteren (Schlaf-)Bereich doch schwach ausfällt. In Gesprächen mit den Stadtwerken wäre es schön, wenn auch in der Ferienzeit die Anbindung an das Busnetz häufiger wäre. Dann bräuchte man das Auto auf der Insel nicht zu bewegen...

insgesamt gute FeWo

Der Wasserdruck war sehr gering insbesondere im Zusammenspiel mit dem elektrischen Durchlauferhitzer. Die Temperatur schwankte zwischenkalt und sehr heiß und war schwer einzustellen. Ein paar Infos in der Wohnung zur Müllentsorgung, WLAN-Passwort, möglichen Aktivitäten wären nicht schlecht gewesen. In anderen Wohnungen liegt da eine Info-Mappe. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut und sauber.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht. Eine wunderbare, ruhige Umgebung und zu entspannen. Der Fernseher war leider zu klein. Ansonsten alles super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
