The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take the trash out to the “Black” garbage container located near the front porch of the house. The trash must be placed into bags & secured prior to being placed in the trash container.
Do not make used beds, Do NOT wash the towels, please place used towels on the bathroom floor. Check all drawers, closets, etc. for any personal Items.
Turn off all Interior/ exterior lights, gas fireplace heaters, stove. If you use the washer/dryer unit, please follow the required instructions labels on the unit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house at any time. Smoking is allowed in backyard ONLY. There is a $500.00 if any existence of smoking is detected
NO PETS at any time. Guests will be charged at least $350.00 if any existence of a pet is detected upon departure
NOISE and GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: *** Be respectful of full-time neighbors in the area***
