Welcome to your Prescott retreat! Recently remodeled home only 2 miles from Downtown/Whiskey Row. Enjoy the entire, recently renovated, home to yourself. The backyard is 100% private and set up for maximum relaxation, with a 7 seater hot tub, fire pit, dart board, and outdoor dining area. Ample parking available with 3 spots in the driveway, and unlimited street parking. Please note that the 4th bed is a twin fold out couch, it’s located in the king guest bedroom, but can easily be moved.
