Beautiful house at Munich airport (Hallbergmoos S8)

The house is situated in a very beautiful and idyllic location, surrounded by its own garden, with sweeping views of the countryside.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is the centrepiece of the ground floor and offers plenty of space for family and friends. The kitchen, with its window, faces east and not only offers a beautiful view of the front yard but is also bathed in morning sunlight. In the afternoon, the terrace and garden are bathed in sunlight.

The upper floor features 3 spacious bedrooms and the master bathroom, which can accommodate up to 5 people. A special feature is the modern walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

The basement includes a laundry room with a washing machine. Next to the laundry room is a furnished apartment, which is currently occupied by a guest and is therefore not available.

The house, with its subtle yellow facade and green shutters, offers a lovely and pleasantly warm atmosphere for a wonderful stay in Munich and the surrounding area. It’s only about 10 minutes to Munich Airport and about 30 minutes by car or S-Bahn to city centre Munich.
