Very beautiful, comfortable house "El Olivo", renovated in 2012. In the district of Benimeit 3 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2, swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, boules, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 3.2 km, sandy beach "L'Ampolla" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Semana perfecta. La casa es magnífica, amueblada con gusto. La cocina estupenda, en cuanto a menaje, no le falta de nada. Electrodomésticos modernos. La piscina impresionante. En conjunto, un 10 sobre 10.
