Relaxing Spring Street Cottage with Ocean Views

Renovated charming antique home with all wood/stone interior. Magnificent ocean views 40 feet above sea level. Close to town and beaches, yet in a quiet private setting. Expansive field in front for outdoor sports. Outside shower helps with after beach cleanup. Heated and Air Conditioned with Mini Splits added in 2024.

The space
Kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, large toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner induction hot plate and coffee maker. The microwave, induction and toaster can only be used individually, if 2 are run at the same time a fuse will blow. There is an outside gas grill. We now have air conditioning/heat pumps as of December 2024 :)
