This beautiful house offers plenty of space for family and friends, featuring 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and two double bunk beds. Guests enjoy three bathrooms, each thoughtfully equipped to make their stay comfortable. The superb layout invites everyone to relax and unwind, whether gathering in the spacious 2-car garage converted to a party room with gas stove, cabinets and pantry, two refrigerators and a freezer or enjoying some quiet time. Full outdoor kitchen with sink and hot water. Tournament size 21-ft shuffleboard, card table, cornhole and other games in the party room along with a TV, 2 recliners, and a sofa with 2 built-in recliners. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave ALL ceiling fans on and on low speed; Set main house a/c to 75, set window units downstairs to 72 and in Econo mode; set party room a/c's to 75 and Econo mode or energy saver mode.
Please take all trash to the trash cans; Wednesday is trash day, please have trash cans out on the street by 8:00 a.m.
Using the silver pole, close ALL window storm shutters for the house if opened; put silver pole on a table in the party room when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
