This fully equipped 3 bedroom house features a large eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, living room, huge sunroom and a gorgeous, private yard with a firepit, table and chairs, chaises lounges, outside speakers and gas grill. The main floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath with a spectacular marble shower equipped with multiple body sprays. Upstairs is another queen bedroom and a half bath. Outside you'll find a private outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Relax at the nearby beaches, take a bike ride, kayak on Green Hill Pond, explore SKLT Sculpture Trail, Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, Charlestown Breachway, Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge and Burlingame State Park. Midway between Westerly and Narragansett discover this unique and tranquil spot perfect for exploring coastal RI. House is set in a quiet location has central air, washer & dryer, dishwasher and gas grill.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We Respectfully ask you leave the house as you found it...
Please leave spare key hanging on key rack adjacent to kitchen door...Lock kitchen, porch back & front doors...leave additional key hanging in outdoor shower...
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is NO on street parking. Our driveway is big enough for four vehicles. Please be respectful of our neighbors who are all locals.
Garbage pickup is weekly early on Wednesday mornings...Please be sure the garbage cans and recycling can are out the night before...Tuesday night.
No food is to be placed in the garbage disposal; in the garbage Please wash sand off in the outdoor shower as to not scratch the marble main shower.

I am a Rhode Island native born and raised in the South County area...I consider myself an outdoor person always taking in what the New England seasons have to offer be that recreating on the water or the coastal ponds during the summertime or skiing in the mountains in the winter...Rhode Islands close proximity to it all makes it a hidden gem amongst the New England states. I feel that hosting my property in Green Hill allows others to get a taste of what this area has to offer. Green Hill is off the beaten path so to speak this areas richness tends to get overlooked.

Why they chose this property

At "our end" of Bedford Drive the neighbors are all locals and live here year-round...They are all very attentive to their properties and respectful of each other always willing to assist when need be or provide each other with their privacy. We are in close proximity to all the emetine's needed, so you do not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of Westerly to the South of us or Narragansett to the North.

What makes this property unique

Ours is one of the only secluded properties in the neighborhood in that from the front view of the Cape you cannot tell how much privacy there is in the backyard...We are fenced and lined by trees on both sides...by Giant Arborvitaes on the left side and Norwegian Spruce on the right side...At the back side of the property there is an original stone wall that abuts to conservations land...the trees at the back side of the property provide lovely shade in the afternoons...End the day lounging on the Deer Isle Granite patio or in the screened in porch it's the perfect way to complete a day on the ocean or at the beach.
