Welcome to our holiday rental, “Monteurwohnung Pusteblume,” located on the 1st floor of our single-family home. We live on the ground floor and are always on-site or available by cell phone!<br>The accommodation, quietly situated in a area of Duderstadt, can accommodate up to 6 guests. The large living room also features a sleeping area (single bed 90x200 with a pull-out second bed), an open kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and two separate bedrooms (one double bed 180x200 cm and one double bed 160x200 cm). Cot provided complete with cot linens, blanket, and pillow. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, dishes, a coffee maker, a Tassimo, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a small freezer, etc. The living room features a corner sofa, a wall unit, and a TV; the bedroom has a large wardrobe and a large wall mirror. Towels, a hair dryer, and bed linens are included. The hallway features a coat rack with storage and a mirror. The bedroom and living room have tower fans in the summer. All windows in the rooms have insect screens and, except in the bathroom, additional exterior shutters. The apartment is accessible via a total of two flights of stairs. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Guests are welcome to use the balcony located at the main entrance. Smoking is, of course, permitted there. Parking is available directly in front of the house in the courtyard, and there are also free public parking spaces down the street, as well as a bus stop. Hiking and biking trails lead to the surrounding villages. Supermarkets and other shops can be found in Duderstadt (6 km). Nearby attractions include the Heinz Sielmann Foundation, the Rhume Spring in Rhumspringe, the Borderland Museum in Teistungen, the Bread Museum and Wilhelm Busch Mill in Ebergötzen, as well as the Harz Mountains (Brocken) and much more.
