Welcome to our newly furnished, modern, and comfortable 85-square-meter apartment in a quiet location, right in the heart of the Ruhr region.
Furnished with great attention to detail, the apartment features the following layout: A new, well-equipped kitchen including a dining table with ample space for up to 6 people*, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The living room features a cosy pull-out sofa bed for two people*.
Special features: All light-filled rooms feature elegant granite flooring. The large windows are equipped with roller shutters.
Utility costs, as well as an initial supply of bed linens, towels, and tea towels, are included in the price.
We offer contactless access to the house and apartment via a key safe, ample parking spaces in front of the house—including for vans with caravans—as well as an electric bike charging station in a garage.
