Escape to the heart of Narragansett Pier in this spacious, sun-filled 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you are just a short walk from the waves at Narragansett Beach, restaurants and playgrounds. It is also minutes to the Block Island Ferry or Newport. Designed with families in mind, our home comfortably sleeps guests across two levels of living space. With 4 large bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own retreat. The 2 newly renovated full bathrooms are modern and clean. The open kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped for summer seafood dinners. The private backyard has a patio, fire pit, gas grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. To make things effortless, we provide beach chairs & towels, a wagon, and a cooler. Sleep well at night with A/C on both levels. If you are working from the beach, there is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Whether you are here for the Blessing of the Fleet, 4th of July fireworks or a quiet week of surfing and sandcastles, this is your perfect home base.

When checking out, please place trash in garbage bags and close them. Place closed bags in the garbage cans on the patio and make sure garbage can tops are securely on. Tx!
If you park on the grass in front of the house for more than 3 hours during restricted parking hours, you may receive a ticket from the town.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Aileen’s home. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a perfect spot to walk down to the pier and beach. We also walked to Boon Street Market and The Bike Shop Cafe for pizza. We would definitely rent again!

The property was wonderful and very spacious. The rooms in the house were all a good size and good for 2 adults to comfortably stay. The house was newly updated with nice indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing and hanging out. They had all of the essentials to make your stay comfortable. The location of the property was also ideal; it was walking distance to the town, the beach, and easy to uber around. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back.

Beautifully maintained rental in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood, walking distance from the beach and town center. The home was warm and inviting, well stocked with every possible pot and appliance. Host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place!

The property was centrally located and just a short walk from the beach. The floor plan was well designed, offering plenty of space for our group. We especially appreciated having beach chairs and a wagon available if needed.The owner was very responsive, communication was excellent, and the check-in process was simple and seamless.A couple of small improvements could make the stay even better. An instruction manual for the house would have been helpful, with information about the property and the appliances. We also previously stayed at another property in Narragansett where the owner provided a beach parking pass, which was a nice amenity that would have been appreciated here.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the property’s convenient location and thoughtful amenities.

We had a great weekend in Narragansett staying at this house. We booked last minute and our communication with the host was excellent. The house and property were clean and spacious. It was close to town and we had a lot of fun riding our bikes and exploring the neighborhood.

The Narragansett Pier area is one of the best places in the US. Beautiful beaches , friendly people and so much to do all the time. We picked our road because it’s walkable to everything yet quiet, safe and relaxing.

It is a happy, sunny bright house that you feel at home the minute you walk in. We have updated every inch of this house and we are excited for people to enjoy their vacation and experience our favorite place in the world.
