The first bedroom and bath is located on the first floor with patio access doors. Second and Primary Bedroom upstairs also features deck access doors. The best spot for enjoying an early morning coffee on the island. Patio features a charcoal grill, perfect for cooking out and enjoying the gorgeous weather! Both the patio and deck areas offer various seating for enjoying the canal views. Fishing deck is great for docking your boat and features a fish cleaning station.
