2 Bedroom Family Condo Sleeps 6 in Garden City Beach!

For over 50 years, four generations of our family have made memories here, and we’d love for yours to do the same.

Relax in our 3rd-floor condo with ocean views and access to a great dock on the inlet. It comfortably sleeps 6 with two queen beds and a bunk bed - perfect for families.

Located in a private, gated community with a pool, you’re just a short walk to the marina, two local restaurants, and have private beach access right across the street.

Come unwind, slow down, and enjoy time together - we hope you love it as much as we always have.

Very clean, with comfortable beds! Loved the convenient walk to the beach! Sunset swims in the pool by the inlet was one of the highlights of our trip! Host was available for any needs, the welcome treats were a nice touch! We would absolutely visit this property again! It was perfect for our family of 6 (3 kiddos & an infant)!

Overall it was very good. Glitches, the tide coming in that sometimes made alterations for your schedule necessary, it was in when we arrived and we had to wait to get in to the property or drive through the Salt water. After a day or so we however became used to it and it was not a major issue. The property was in a great location for the beach and very quiet. Pier was fantastic and communication with Challes was outstanding. We cooked most of our own meals (fish) as the resturants were limited on variety and expensive and often long waits.

We love this area of the beach, very clean, away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle but close enough to make a trip a couple times during the vacation. The condo is across the street from the beach but honestly with 4 kids it was not a bad haul at all. Communication was great, condo was actually ready a bit early which never happens for us. We will stay here again!

The hosts were very nice and welcoming people. They responded immediately to any questions I had. The condo was very clean and had a nice "beachy" feel. It had everything my family and I needed. The pool and areas surrounding the condos were very well kept. We caught lots of fish from the dock which looked to be recently rebuilt. We would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a quiet beach vacation that's just a short drive to many attractions.
