Apartment with pool for 5 persons

Apartment Sany is located extremely quietly in the greenery and only 8 km from the sea. The small medieval town of Bale is only 6 km away, the pearl of the Adriatic Rovinj 20 km and Pula 18 km. The 100 m² ground level apartment offers enough space for up to 5 people with its two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The pool area is exclusively available for the guests of the apartment. A large seating area and an outdoor grill complete the outdoor facilities. Directly at the house are spacious meadows - here the children can romp undisturbed. The host family also live in the house and are happy to answer any questions.
Guests have access to a washing machine in the bathroom. WiFi is of course available, the living room is air-conditioned.

Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben

Es war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben und grundsätzlich ok. Die Wohnung und die Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt Probleme mit Elektrik, alle Lampen flackern, alle Steckdosen sind lose. Eine Steckdose ist sogar bei unseren besucht durchgebrannt. Es gab auch wohl ein Wasserschaden in der Wohnung, daher riecht die Wohnung moderig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool und der Außenbereich waren das beste an der Wohnung. Trotz der Kritik würden wir 4 von 5 Punkten geben.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dies empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Unternehmungen zu machen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine usw. war alles vorhanden. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einen Pool zur Alleinbenutzung. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Appartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu viert für 1 Woche in Gajana. Der Ort bietet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an. Das Appartment liegt im EG. Oben ist noch eine kleinere Wohnung. Der Pool ist zur alleinigen Benutzung gedacht, er ist ausreichend groß und Abends beleuchtet. Der Gartenbereich mit Rasen und Pavillon gehört nicht zu diesem Appartment, sondern zu den Eltern der Vermieterin. Diese wohnen nebenan. Dank Klimaanlage ist es sehr angenehm, auch bei hoher Außentemperatur. Das WLAN ist nicht das schnellste, oder zuverlässigste. Aber für das nötigste reicht es. Wir würden die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Erholung und tolle Umgebung!

Das Ferienhaus liegt einige Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, umgeben von Feldern und Bäumen - einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ebenso der Außenbereich samt Pool, der besonders für meine Nichte das Highlight war. Aber auch wir Erwachsenen konnten darin gut planschen, weil er ausreichend groß ist. In der Umgebung gibt es einige nette Restaurants und Strände, die nicht so überlaufen sind und von Einheimischen besucht werden. Die Gastgeberin Sany war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Als wir ankamen, stand Wasser und Obst im Kühlschrank und wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt!

Maison très spacieuse idéale pour une famille

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est attentionnée, appartement spacieux, très bien agencé et bien équipé, Wifi pas top. Bel espace piscine privative (un peu trop froide) avec BBQ. A conseiller sans hésitation.

Tolles Haus mit Aussicht

Wir würden von Sani herzlich empfangen und für Fragen stand sie immer persönlich oder per Handy zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist geräumig und der Pool Dank seiner Tiefe auch für große Kinder ein Traum. Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub und werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.

Einfach nur super!!!

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt! Etliche schöne Strände in 10 min zu erreichen!! Sehr kinderfreundlich! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants auch in 5-10 min erreichbar. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe! Das sind nur einige Stichpunkte um die Überschrift zu erklären. Sollte unser Urlaubsziel einmal wieder Kroatien sein dann ist die definitiv die erste Adresse bei der wir anfragen werden!
