OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

* Entire space is included in this rental except the garage, pole barn, and shed. Please, make yourself at home.

* Pool is always heated to 86°F, and we do not charge for pool heating. No refund will be provided in the unlikely event of pool heater maintenance.

* Security cameras record audio & videos at property facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety. They are not monitored unless issues arise during guest stay. The home is outfitted with Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.

* Pool service happens once a week, typically on a Thursday. They are usually there in the morning, but can’t guarantee a time. They need access to house as pool equipment is located downstairs.

* The downstairs fireplace is decorative and closed off in the chimney, non-operational.

* Guest is solely responsible for all vehicles, belongings, and other personal property.

* Please read house rules in the rental agreement before booking. By continuing to book, you're agreeing to the rules.
