We’re glad the unit was nice and clean for you. We are required by the city to have an exit sign by the door. If you would like you can cover it with a towel to block the light. I’m sorry you didn’t like the coffee pods we gave you as well. I believe you may have given us 3 stars because you locked yourself out of the apartment and missed your job interview which had nothing to do with us. You were able to get access and we went over to check the lock out only to find it functioning perfectly well. We work hard to give every guest a 5 star experience but we understand we cannot please everyone.
