Arôme parfumée intenable à notre arrivée. Nous avons débranché les diffuseurs et les avons sortis à l'extérieur.Ampoules brûlées au-dessus de l'évier.Aucunes instructions pour la télévision.Micro-ondes crotté.Pas de mouchoirs en papier.Un rond de la cuisinière ne fonctionne pas.L'occupant du rez-de-chaussée a utilisé une fois la lessiveuse et la sécheuse dans la pièce attenant au sous-sol jusque passé minuit, ce qui faisait un bruit sourd et faisait vibrer la cloison de la chambre. Impossible de dormir.La râpe pour les aliments est pratiquement inutilisable.Côté décor du salon, cela ne correspond pas aux photos de l'annonce.

What a terrible experience getting access to the place after seven hours of driving. After knocking at various doors and asking an existing guest and ringing bell to the main house the owner came out and lead to the basement entrance not shown on the ad. The entrance and the lock to the key was wide open..when we entered the place…. Not as nice as seen in the photos. There was No toilet paper, owners clothes in the dryer, toiletries were all leftovers from their house.. no shampoo or conditioner… the tub shower drain was blocked. No complimentary tea or coffee supplies. Poor cleaning and limited towel supply. Spider webs found in side and outside the house close to the entrance. Worst thing was when we were out for the day, the owner came in and used the washer dryer….. there was a new set of clothes in the dryer. There were no previous reviews and I took it as it looked good even those it was 300 per night because of two separate room and washer and dryer. For someone starting new with a rentalCompany… they should learn about rules and making their place welcoming if they are opening their house to others.
