The Space:

Cabo San Lucas mornings arrive with a particular unhurried quality - light spilling warm across the skyline, the city still finding its rhythm below. Step out onto your private balcony, coffee in hand, and take in the rooftop-level views before the day pulls you toward the Marina, the waterfront, and everything Baja's southern tip has waiting. When the afternoon heat settles in, the rooftop pool sits open-air at the top of the building - elevated above the city, with the kind of open perspective that makes it easy to lose track of time.



Living and sleeping space

The bedroom is centered around a king bed dressed in cotton linens, with room-darkening shades that make sleeping in a genuine option. The split-type ductless AC system keeps the space cool through the warmest parts of the day, while a TV and WiFi are available for evenings spent in. A closet with clothing storage, hangers, and an iron mean longer stays feel settled and practical - this is a place you can actually live out of, not just pass through.



Kitchenette and dining

The kitchenette is set up for easy mornings and straightforward meals - a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and blender, complemented by cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. A note on the cooking basics: oil, salt, and pepper are included but are not individually restocked between stays, so bring your own if you plan to cook regularly. When the mood calls for eating outside, the outdoor dining area offers a relaxed, open-air alternative.



Bathroom

The bathroom is practical and well-appointed, with hot water, a hair dryer, and a full set of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, and body soap included. After a long afternoon in the Cabo sun, the outdoor shower on the property is a straightforward way to rinse off before the evening begins.



Outdoor and shared amenities

The private patio or balcony gives you a quiet place to step outside at any point in the day, with city skyline views as the backdrop. Up on the roof, the outdoor pool provides an elevated vantage point over Cabo - one of the better places on the property to decompress at the end of a full day. The shared gym in the building is equipped with free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a workout bench, making it easy to maintain a routine while traveling. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area round out the communal spaces available to guests. Worth knowing: the building occasionally hosts weekend events, giving the space a lively, social energy when you want it.



Location

The unit sits in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, with shops, pharmacies, and everyday conveniences close at hand. The Marina is roughly a 15-minute walk away - near enough that waterfront dining, boat excursions, and evening nightlife are all genuinely within reach without needing a car.



Getting here and practical details

Self check-in via keypad means arrival fits your schedule entirely. Free parking is available in the building's garage and on the street. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and the unit is single level with no stairs - straightforward from the moment you step inside. Please note there is no smoke alarm on the property. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the first floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

Getting Around:

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
