Walk to two private beaches, tennis and pickleball; great fishing on one of the cleanest lakes in NH. Only 10 min to Wolfeboro and Lake Winnipesaukee, 30 min to skiing and hiking, and 20 min to Castle in the Clouds.

Fast WIFI through NH Broadband. Access to whole house and property with exception of the shed. Parking for two cars in driveway.
