"Here I am perfect, here I am one with myself."



This villa promises you an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones! It is located in a small town in Istria in an excellent location close to the sea - close to the magical beaches of Istria. The beaches Duga Uvala, Beach Cava and Beach Zagleničina are only a few minutes away by car. (cca. 1.5km) The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and leaves nothing to be desired. You will receive fresh, seasonal fruit from the host as a welcome. You also have the option to arrange a personal boat tour, please on request.

Outside you will find a private pool and an outdoor shower, which invites you to cool off on hot summer days, as well as sun loungers to relax.

There is also a barbecue and outdoor dining area at your disposal.

For our young and active guests there are soccer goals, badminton and a children's playground. The property is completely fenced and has private parking for up to five cars.

The villa is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living area, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, balcony with sea view and view of the pool, TV and en-suite bathroom as well as a laundry room and games room with billiards, table football and darts. On the upper floor there are three more comfortable bedrooms. Two with double bed, one with two single beds, balcony with sea view, TV and en-suite bathroom.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Lage war super, alles war total gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Zudem war alles super sauber! Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den selbstgemachten Apfelstrudel und das Abschiedsgeschenk am Ende.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Villa nur empfehlen!

Schöne Villa mit viel Platz

Die Villa war sehr schön und sauber und bot viel Platz für mindst. 8 Leute. Es gab genügend Sitzgelegenheiten indoor, sowie outdoor. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon - oder Terrassenzugang. Es gibt Liegen und eine Loungearea am Pool, einen Gasgrill und genügend Rasenfläche für Volleyball, Fußball oder Badminton. Die Villa ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber ein kleiner Superamarkt ist in 15 min zu Fuß zuereichen und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Ein Steinstrand ist ungefähr 30 min entfernt. Pula erreicht man in 30 min mit dem Auto. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbreit und konnten über Whatsapp kontaktiert werden. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und würden die Villa immer weiterempfehlen!

Sehr, sehr schön, empfehlenswert und sehr nette, aufmerksame Vermieter.

Es hat uns alles gefallen, es war wunderschön. Die gesamte Ausstattung wunderbar, die Größe der Zimmer toll, jedes Zimmer mit Dusche und Bad und Balkon, wunderbar! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam und liebenswürdig. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück sehr groß, viel Platz. Und das Spielezimmer ist sehr viel wert bei nicht so schönem Wetter, einfach empfehlenswert. Und die überdachte Terrasse ist auch für mal schlechteres Wetter einfach klasse, - nur schön. Nichts. Denn für das Wetter gibt es keine Garantie.

The photos do not do it justice - A

The villa is incredible it is set a beautiful location with a small supermarket close by. There are a couple of restaurants in the local village of krnica selling local food (pizza's and pasta) and there are several small coves in the local port of krnica Paut ideal for swimming. The area is in a countryside location and good for walking or exploring. The owners of the villa checked in (by text) every couple of days to make sure everything was going well and we didn't need anything.
