Located in a quiet small neighborhood minutes from Baptist Hospital, Hwy 74, and tons of entertainment and dining. 8 blocks south of Lake Hefner and the-15 mile walking/ running path around the lake. The neighborhood is quiet. There are areas without sidewalks on your walk around the neighborhood. If you have time for a leisurely stroll or simply like to start off your day with a nice run, this is a great spot for you!

Entry access is from the front door in front of the driveway. Will be able to access the entire property. The garage is accessible once you check-in.

Each of our three spacious bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring timeless furnishings and luxurious details. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds with premium Purple mattresses, and another includes two full-sized memory foam beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. All beds are dressed in heavenly pima cotton sheets, ensuring a restful night’s sleep in this single-level Oklahoma City home. One king suite bedroom offers a desk and sitting area.

The two full bathrooms are perfect for freshening up after a day outside. The hallway bathroom is located near the front entrance between a king bedroom and the two full bedroom. The other full bathroom is connected to the king suite bedroom. Each bathroom is equipped with premium Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a hairdryer, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

There are two separate units on this one address. There’s a 3-bed 2-bath on this side and a 1-bed 1-bath on another side. There's a conjoining deadbolt door between the two units that is accessible by key if renting the whole property. The 1-bed 1-bath is often occupied by a traveling medical/clinical professional that works at the hospital that’s 5 minutes away and is booked months at a time. They don’t have access to the backyard but are the only ones that have access to the garage, and we ask them to park there. No access is available to the garage for the 3-bed, 2-bath unit.

Sanitizing: We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 sanitizing regulations, taking extra measures to sanitize all bedding between guests.

Guest Insurance: For your peace of mind, this property is protected by Safely Insurance, providing comprehensive coverage and guest screening to ensure a safe and secure stay. Complete terms regarding guest screening will be provided by the property manager. You’ll receive an email to complete your screening—please check your spam inbox and contact the property manager with any questions.

This property has a Reolink cameras with audio at the front of the house and backyard exterior, active at all times, but not viewing interior spaces.

Noise: Decibel noise monitors are installed on the premises, but do not record conversations.

Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.

Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
