The Space:

Relax on your private; spacious 4th floor rooftop patio; enjoy the wet bar with ice machine and listen to the waves from the Gulf or watch the ships go by in the channel. As you enter on the ground level; you are welcomed by the kids bunk room with ensuite bath. The room offers a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle bed. Equipped with the large flat screen gaming TV and X-BOX gaming system; it is the perfect place for the smallest of the travelers to relax at the end of day filled with sun and surf. Full size washer and dryer are also located on the first floor, along with another wet bar area. On the second floor, it is nothing but panoramic views from a sea of windows; along with an open living great room; kitchen and dining space. A large Frame Smart TV is a highlight.

The second floor also comes with three decks; facing north; east and south for guests to enjoy all aspects of the fine weather. A half bath completes the high-end finishes on this floor. The third-floor features two additional ensuite guest room accommodations; one with a king bed with a private deck facing south and one with a double bed with a private deck facing north. Both guest rooms also feature Frame Smart TVs. There is room for everyone inside; and outside; to enjoy this picturesque destination from the plentiful porches and balconies to the large banks of windows. This gulf view townhome is a sought-after location for those looking for a private escape yet close to everything Port Aransas and Sunflower Beach has to offer. The giant pool area is a perfectly situated walk away, featuring both a private adult pool along with a large family pool. The pool area also features Turtles Restaurant; offering pool food; ice cream or items for your beach picnic. The beach is a short golf cart drive over the dune boardwalk where you will find the opportunity to utilize the concierge services for beach set ups with pre-positioned chairs and umbrellas for your family and friends. If golf is your game; 'Seaclusion' guests can walk to the Palmilla Beach Golf Club for a round of golf. Close to the best restaurants; shopping; and beaches; this house is perfect for those who want to truly experience the resort style vacation.
