Fantastic location

A real nice and large apartment with good outside shade at the terrace. Large sleeping room and living room. Everything seemed updated. Quick answerring from the owner and a helpful staff. We had a wonderful time here.

Gorgeous basement apartment with a huge patio and pool set in a botanical garden. Full kitchen. A short drive down into the town for groceries or several very good restaurants. Many activities to do in the area.

Perfect place for vacation.

Great hosts and location with fantastic sea view. We could check in earlier due to early arrival to Madeira, got great recommendations about best restaurants around. Apartment was exactly like in pictures. Would book again! Just weather was too chill to use heated pool. At least for us.

Lovely spot

Wonderful location - the sunny and calm side of the island. Beautiful views from the terrace and still warm in the sun at 8pm! You absolutely need a car to stay here, it's a very long walk to the marina and the supermarket otherwise. Apartment had everything we needed and the outside space was a real bonus.

Fantastic property, beautiful island

Fantastic property that met and exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. Martin was very helpful, remotely giving us plenty of tips and advice on things to do, where to eat etc. Rosa was a phone call away locally to make sure our stay went smoothly. There was plenty to do locally especially if you wanted to experience the island's incredible nature. The local contemporary art museum - Casa das Mudas - was a brilliant discovery on a rainy day too. We look forward to returning!

Nice and quiet

We had a very good holiday in Madeira. The apartment was big, the environment is quiet and the view from the terrace over the sea was amazing. You need a car to drive you to the supermarket, but everything is in the neighbourhood. There is a big swimmingpool which is very clean and there are towels and sheets you can use. Also a washing machine and ironing machine are available. Sun loungers and parasols need some renewing.

Good: spectacular view, good communication with owner and property manager, spacious accommodations, nice deck and pool, dedicated parking, good water pressure and temperatures Bad: upkeep needs much improvement - uncomfortable bed and bedding, dated furnishings, non functional hair dryer, lack of soap or laundry detergent, key did not work well and below standard security, noisy roosters in adjoining property, thin walls / noise from other suites especially above Ugly: prevalent ant problem - ants were found entering bathroom, kitchen counter, but most notably the dining table despite no food sources being present - must have killed 100+ over the week

Wir verstehen Sie! Hähne und Ameisen - diese speziell im Frühjahr- sind ein Problem auf ganz Madeira. Die beste Ameisenprävention ist es, alle Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank zu lagern und jedes Brösel penibel und SOFORT wegzuputzen. Durch die fjordartige Einbuchtung von Calheta nervt der von Ihnen beschriebene Hahn Bewohner von mindestens 500 Ferienwohnungen. Kritik an den Möbeln müssen wir zurückweisen. Ihre Ausstattungswünsche gehen ab einem Tagespreis von 250.- Euro in Erfüllung. Keine Nachbarn haben Sie mit etwas Glück ebenfalls in dieser Preisklasse. Wir haben alle Möbel von Deutschland nach Madeira importiert. wir haben in einen 26 Grad warmen Pool investiert.

Nous avions vu sur piscine et océan, parfait, malheureusement, des travaux juste en bas de la maison avec grue et camions, un peu bruyant.le logement était parfait pour passer un très bon séjour.je recommande aux futurs locataires de louer plus sur avril, la saison sera sans doute plus chaude.Merci à Martin et Rosa pour l'accueil, parfait.

Toller Pool, gut temperiert.Super Lage mit toller Aussicht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.Die Ausstatung der Wohnung war sehr gut.Das Sofa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Leider wurde auf dem Nachbargrundstück tagelang gebaggert, was Lärm und Staub zur Folge hatte.Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare, erholsame Zeit.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Zusätzlicher Vorteil: in einer Sackgasse. Der Ausblick ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Jedoch haben während unseres Aufenthalts Planierarbeiten auf dem unteren Grundstück begonnen.

Super Aufenthalt - umkompliziert und gute Lage

Die Wohnung in Calheta war super. Auch das Check-in mit Rosa verlief reibungslos und sie hat uns gut unterstützt und war sehr unkompliziert. Durch das Wetter war es in der Wohnung gegen Ende etwas feucht, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind super und sehr schön gepflegt. Die Lage ist auch ideal, vor allem wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Casa Oliva 2. Rosa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Wir hatten das Glück, dass außer uns kein weiterer Gast eine FeWo belegt hatte, und wir somit den Pool für uns alleine hatten. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick zum Sonnenauf- und Untergang über Calheta einfach atemberaubend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Der Pool ist mega, Apt. 2 "ausbaufähig"

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Der beheizte (!) Pool und die Außenanlagen sind super. Leider ist die Einrichtung von Apt. 2 etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt vor allem im Bad und Schlafzimmer sehr zusammengewürfelt - kein Vergleich mit Apt. 1, das wir uns auch ansehen durften. Der Check-in mit Rosa hat super geklappt, wir haben alles gezeigt und zahlreiche Tipps bekommen. Handtücher kann man sich bei Bedarf selber im Waschraum nehmen.

Unkompiliziert Ablaufen - alles soweit passend.

Die Ankunft war sehr sauber, hatte ein sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die Umgebung. „Rosa“ hatte uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und man konnte Sie auch stehts Fragen, falls noch welche vorhanden waren. Ein Ordner mit Informationen rund um Madeira war auch sehr Lesenswert. Einen Parkplatz gibt es vor der Unterkunft. Vor der Ankunft bekommt man noch Information zwecks Autovermietung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Den Pool darf man mit einer weiteren Einheit teilen. Stellt aber kein Problem dar, da Pool sowie Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten großzügig vorhanden sind.
