Apartment house "Baikonour", 12 storeys. Above Corbier 100 m from the centre of Corbier, in a sunny position, 50 m from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Dec. - 10.Apr. and 27.Jun. - 28.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking 30 m. Shop 50 m, grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 30 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 50 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. Tennis 100 m, ski lift, chair lift, skisport facilities 50 m, ski school 200 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, sled run 200 m, children's playground 250 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The swimming pool indicated is located 100 m from the residence: it is the outdoor municipal swimming pool. Children from 3 to 5 years old, access authorized depending on weather conditions (in winter). The pool is included with the rental.
1-room apartment 27 m2 on 8th floor, north facing position. Simple furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Alcove with curtain with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Small, open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating, boiler. Parquet floors. View of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Appartement calme et propre

Tout s'est bien passé et cela a répondu à nos attentes durant notre séjour. Petite remarque : Amélioré la sécurité pour les fenêtres pour pouvoir les ouvrir quand on a des enfants. Et un lave vaisselle serait le bienvenue.. Je vous le recommande vivement même un aspirateur, cafetière sont à disposition.

Une salle de bain inchauffable, causant humidité et odeur insoutenable. Joints de douche noirs, nombreuses tâches douteuses sur les meubles et portes. Nous avons dû nous laver ailleurs tous les jours, sport d’hiver oblige, de passer d’une salle devenu était juste inadmissible. Logement exposé nord, sans machine à laver, sans lave vaisselle, sans balcon, sans chambre… et sans salle de bain: 400 eur était donc bien trop cher en comparaison aux différents logements de nos amis!

Bien equipado al lado de todo

El apartamento está bien equipado en general y muy céntrico al lado de remontes y tiendas y con aparcamiento fácil y guarda esquís aunque este ùltimo mejorable como por ejemplo poniéndole alguna percha o balda para dejar alguna cosa. También se hecha de menos en el apartamento algún armario, más percheros y una calefacción mejor.
