THE SPACE
Majestic Sun 405A sits on the 4th floor directly across from the beach at Seascape Resort. The living room opens to a private balcony with unobstructed Gulf views — the kind of view you'll want for your morning coffee.

Two king bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, HDTV, and plenty of closet space. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and the dining table seats six with Gulf views.

We provide beach chairs and an umbrella so you can head straight to the sand without renting from the beach service. In-unit washer/dryer makes packing light easy.

The resort offers a heated indoor pool (great in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and a fitness center facing the Gulf. Cross the street and you're on sugar-white sand — or grab fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill next door.

Majestic Sun is part of Seascape Beach Resort, centrally located near Seascape golf, Destin Commons, Silver Sands outlets, Grand Boulevard, and plenty of water sports — parasailing, waverunners, kayak rentals. One parking pass included. Golf cart rentals available nearby.

GUEST ACCESS
Full access to the condo and all Majestic Sun resort amenities including the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, and elevators. Beach access is directly across Scenic Gulf Drive — a short, easy walk. One parking pass is included with your stay.

We're hands-on owners who manage this property personally. We're always reachable by message and typically respond within the hour. We also have a local support team on-site at Majestic Sun who can assist with anything that comes up during your stay.

HOUSE RULES
This is a 25+ age requirement property. No pets. Majestic Sun is a completely smoke-free resort — smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are prohibited in all common areas and on all balconies, including private balconies, per HOA policy. Additional parking passes available if needed.
