Top Location in Vienna

The location is ideal for discovering Vienna with a large family and a dog. An oven would be a nice add-on to the kitchen. Overall, the experience was seamless and joyful as were our days in Vienna.

Appartement très bien situé (même si la station de métro Rossauer Lände est en travaux tous l'été), toutes les commodités (transports, commerces, restaurants, jeux pour enfants) sont à proximité.Le logement est correctement équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge), mais l'électroménager, surtout les plaques de cuisson et le sèche-cheveux, datent du siècle dernier et sont peu efficaces.Attention, le logement est en rez-de-chaussée et n'est pas traversant, ce qui rend son aération difficile. La literie est de mauvaise qualité, les matelas sont à changer.Bref, je recommande cet appartement pour un très court séjour si vous ne faites pas la cuisine et que le micro-ondes peut suffire.Si vous avez des problèmes de sommeil et avez besoin d'un lit confortable, il vaut mieux chercher ailleurs.

Die Abdunklungsrollos und die Vorhänge sind defekt, die Schlafmatratzen alt und durchgelegen, die Fußleisten defekt und Ameisen krochen durch die Wohnung.Die Lage ist gut,aber der Zustand der Wohnung schlecht.Kann ich so nicht weiterempfehlen.
