Tasteful & cosy 2-room holiday rental with a balcony in a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s about 350 m from here to the beach.

Tastefully and comfortably furnished 2-room apartment with a balcony, accommodating 2–4 people, approx. 45 m², in a quiet cul-de-sac. From here, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach.
The living area features a dining area for 4 people, a sideboard with a 55-inch smart TV, and a cosy sofa set for relaxing (also suitable for sleeping 2 people). Balcony. Here you can enjoy your holiday.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and all standard appliances.
The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (approximately 180 cm wide with a single, continuous mattress) and a wardrobe.
A bright, inviting bathroom with a sink, toilet, and heated towel rack is available.
The apartment features granite tile flooring. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Dogs are not allowed here. Wi-Fi included.

Lage top, Ausstattung flop

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man am Starnd oder im Ortskern und Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe. Als positiv an der Wohnung haben wir das Boxspringbett, das große, bequeme Sofa und den großen TV empfundenen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, zwar scheint das Duschbad schon einmal saniert worden zu sein, allerdings wurde der Austausch der Duscharmatur vergessen. Diese ging wortwörtlich gar nicht und es kam nur tröpfchenweise das Wasser heraus, glücklicherweise war noch eine Handbrause vorhanden, sodass man sich damit abduschen konnte. Die Küchenmöbel sind alt, es ist kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden und der Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon ist eine Lachnummer. Alles in allem wirkte die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr billig und dem Preis i.H.v. 1000€ für die Woche nach unserem Empfinden nicht angemessen. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Grömitz und wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen...allerdings dann in einer anderen Wohnung.
