Two-bedroom holiday home:

Our new Comfort FEWO holiday home half is your holiday retreat in the heart of the Harz Mountains. As a brand-new, non-smoking holiday rental, it offers a unique living experience spread over two floors. With your own free parking space for your car, you can feel right at home.
Cook and bake to your heart’s content in the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, where 2 kitchen towels are provided for your use.
Enjoy your meals in the exclusive atmosphere of the living and dining area on the ground floor. The large panoramic windows offer an unobstructed view of the garden and, together with the wood-burning stove, create a cosy ambiance—even on rainy days. A basket of firewood is included for your use.
Whether for barbecuing or for your little ones to play, the large and fully fenced-in garden offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy your holiday surrounded by nature or to play with your beloved four-legged friend.
TV lovers will also get their money’s worth on a cosy couch thanks to the LED TV, or they can unwind while listening to the radio. The additional second bathroom with a shower on the ground floor makes even long film nights comfortable and offers guests a separate, nicely furnished bathroom.
The two spacious bedrooms in the attic consist of one bedroom with a large double bed and enough space to set up a cot, and another bedroom with two comfortable sleeping areas that can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. The exclusive shower room, featuring a unique, walk-in shower, is also equipped with underfloor heating. A special wellness highlight for you is our modern corner sauna.
If you prefer not to bring your own bedding and towels, we offer made-up beds as an additional service.

Electricity is billed separately based on consumption at 0.35 euros per kWh, and the electric charging station is billed at 0.50 euros per kWh.
On the day of arrival, please bring a €150.00 security deposit in cash, which will be applied towards utility costs on the day of departure.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
