1-7 days: $35.00 + tax per day

8 days onwards: $30.00 + tax per day

3 hours: $20.00 + tax, $8.00 + tax EVERY EXTRA HOUR

30-day stay (monthly rate): $650.00 + tax



Additionally, there is a resort fee which covers access to both the pool and beach areas.

Resort fee prices:

1-14 days: $40.00 + tax per day

15-29 days: $35.00 + tax per day

30 days onwards: $30.00 + tax per day

Minimum stay: 2 nights

🚨 IMPORTANT - HOTEL PET POLICY NOTICE 🚨



PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in this property.

However, if you are traveling with a service animal, you must register the animal and provide all required documentation at the time of booking. This is mandatory and must be submitted in advance for approval.



Guests with approved service animals will be charged an additional $100, which will be added to the standard security deposit of $250, bringing the total to $350.



⚠️ Guests who fail to follow these instructions or attempt to bring pets or service animals without prior approval and documentation will be subject to penalties and may have their reservation canceled without a refund.



Residents will receive a wristband granting access to these facilities, and pool attendants will provide towels for your convenience. Please note that it is mandatory for all guests and owners to wear these wristbands at all times. Failure to do so may result in a $100 violation fee.



If your wristband is misplaced, a replacement fee of $20 will apply, and this fee will be charged per wristband replaced. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.





For package deliveries, there are fees based on the delivery timing. Packages delivered between Monday and Sunday, from 8am to 4pm, will incur a fee of $5.50 each. Deliveries made after hours will have a fee of $27.50 each.

Please note that there are financial penalties associated with house rule violations. Throwing things off the balcony may result in authorities being called and charges pressed against responsible parties ($750). Exceeding the occupancy limit or hosting parties in the unit may lead to guests being escorted out of the building ($500). Pulling a fire alarm station, causing damage to doors or hallways, or smoking in the room may result in penalties of $500 and $250 respectively.
