Thanks to its location on the fourth floor, the apartment offers a sweeping view of a large part of the island of Borkum! The holiday rental features a living/bedroom with a sofa area and dining area, as well as a separate bedroom, an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room, and a balcony.

For some relaxing downtime, you’ll have access to a modern TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a CD player. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available in this holiday rental at no additional cost.

Do you dream of breathing in the fresh North Sea air during your holiday on Borkum? To let the sun shine on your face? Or to wind down your day in the evening with a good glass of wine? You can enjoy wonderful moments on the furnished balcony with a partial ocean view. That’s the pure holiday feeling!

The separate bedroom in this Borkum holiday rental is furnished with two single beds (mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm each). Sleeping accommodation for two additional guests are provided by an easy-to-fold-out double fold-out bed in the living room.

To make it easy for you to prepare your own meals, the holiday rental on Borkum features a well-equipped kitchen—including a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, are also provided.

Easy-to-clean and allergy-friendly laminate flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Notes: A hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner are provided as standard equipment. Washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building, as are a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board. Please note: A cot and a high chair are not provided, but can be booked separately if needed. There is a separate parking space for bicycles. An lift is available in the building. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Here, all you need to do is pack your swimwear and spend a wonderfully relaxing day at the beach soaking up the sun and unwinding!

Borkum’s town centre, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cosy cafés, is right next to the building. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, you’ll find several small boutiques on the ground floor.
