Located in a quiet area (play street), just a few minutes from the historic market square and town centre. By bike, you can reach the seal sanctuary or the sandy beach in Norddeich in just over 10 minutes. The holiday home, which sleeps up to 6 people, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor is fully tiled except for the bedroom and is additionally equipped with underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Here you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed and laminate flooring, as well as the large, open-concept living/dining area with a cosy wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth, ensuring a wonderful holiday even in cooler weather.
The living room features an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player.

The high-quality, high-gloss white kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a convection oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, a toaster, a blender, an egg cooker, a kettle, and much more. leaves nothing to be desired.

Additionally, the ground floor features a spacious, modern bathroom with an extra-large shower. Of course, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a hair dryer in every bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with laminate flooring and a second modern shower bathroom.

All bedrooms feature exterior roller shutters and a TV. Additionally, all windows (and one door in the patio area) are equipped with fly screens. For our younger guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

The beautiful terrace, enclosed by privacy screens, invites you to relax. It features a large table with 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a large umbrella. Right next to the terrace is a stone grill.
You’re welcome to store any bicycles you bring with you in the separate garden shed.

Upon request, when you arrive at our Norddeich office, you can use Wi-Fi internet access free of charge (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).

The house comes with 2 parking spaces.

Right next door is the Nordstrand accommodation, which can be booked in addition if you need more space.

For this holiday rental, we can offer you a regional daily bread roll delivery service. You’ll receive further information and prices with your booking confirmation.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are within easy reach, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike rides and mudflat hikes. An ideal location for exploring the diversity of East Frisia and enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
