Das Haus müsste einmal grundlegend renoviert werden. Mülleimer unter Spüle defekt, Dusche oben defekt, so dass Wasser in den Flur läuft, Teppich unten alt, Tisch draussen defekt.Das Haus liegt in perfekter Umgebung aber hat es verdient noch mehr gepflegt zu werden.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und schöne Tage in Greetsiel verbracht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir waren von der Wok Mulde begeistert. Selten haben wir in einem Ferienhaus so viele Gläser, Geschirr und Besteck vorgefunden. Ein paar Teile könnten ausgetauscht werden, da sie schon Macken haben. Uns hat ein kleiner Topf gefehlt und schöne große Becher für Kakao und Milchkaffee. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr klein und der Zugang liegt direkt neben der Küche, daher bekommt es die Essensdüfte ab und auch alle Geräusche aus dem Wohnbereich. Zum Haus gehört nur ein Pkw Stellplatz. Wir waren mit zwei Pkw da und freie Parkplätze sind kaum vorhanden. Der Blick von Terrasse und Wohnbereich auf die Gracht ist wunderschön und auch der Fußweg in den Ort zum Bäcker dauert nur wenige Minuten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
