Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave wristbands on island kitchen. $25 fee for each one not returned.
Turn thermostat on 79 when leaving in the summer. Turn thermostat to 73 upon departure in the winter.
All check out instructions are on a manual in the kitchen on the island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host and home were exceptional! Very nice neighborhood! I traveled with a family of 8 and everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood pools were a Plus for the kiddos! Another Plus was the host providing a wagon ,beach toys, umbrella, chairs,etc! We ate at the restaurant onsite. Not bad at all! Communication with the host was Awesome! We needed a tv setup and our needs were met Promptly! Everything was a smooth process and I loved that! I most definitely recommend this home for anyone! Relax and unwind by the sea
