Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
would like to send you a few things and you can add to a review or not. First directions were not grant, when we came in to room it was less than clean I.e. dirty dishes and silverware( either they weren’t washed or taking out of dishwasher and put in cabinets without checking to see if they were clean, the ceiling is dirty, no sheets for pull out sofa. The sofa stained or soiled not sure. I was disappointed from picture review, the table on patio only seats 2 people, I only had total of 4 people staying originally I was going to have 6 we were all adults. I am 70, a brother and wife in late 69 and 72 and my daughter 41. This place was for meant for two adults 4 kids not adequate for adults! This was a big disappointment knowing I had come in and clean someone else’s place before I could in pack! The bathroom was ok but the tub safety hazard sloppy nothing to grab on to when entering or exiting tub! I paid a lot of money and instead with in a decent distance from beach you have drive or rent one your go carts which were parking lot taking up parking spaces for cars to park! The best thing about this place is I am leaving tomorrow and I want back. FYI I received an email to pay his fee of 20 dollars that was in my payment so why asking for pay this again. I should charging you for cleaning someone else’s mess.
