This newly updated 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation home is just 150 yards away from a public beach access and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Want some sand-free time? Cool off in your private pool or relax in the hot tub. Haven House is also walking distance to several great restaurants (Mama Kwans!), ice cream, brewery (Swells’a Brewin!), and more. And when you want to eat in, you'll have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need while on vacation.
The space
Haven House is just one block from the ocean, less than 200 yards to the sand! Our spacious vacation home has been newly painted and decorated with a laid-back, modern coastal vibe. The top level features a large living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a King suite with attached full bath. On the middle level, there is another King suite with attached full bath, a King bedroom that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, and a bunk room, which has 2 twin beds on bottom and a full bed on top. The bottom floor has a queen suite with attached full bath, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, a game room, half-bath, bar area with full fridge and brand new ice maker, and full laundry. Every bedroom is equipped with smart TV's and cable. And don't worry about those steps. We have an elevator to get you from floor to floor!

Outside, you can hear the waves and feel the sea breezes from our 4 expansive decks, including one screened lanai. Enjoy the sunrise from the back decks and the sunset from the front. In the back yard, relax in your own private pool and hot tub!

You'll have access to the entire house and elevator, pool and hot tub.

Other things to note
*There are 5 or 6 steps to the bottom level. Once inside, an elevator can take you to the other floors, if you wish.

*While we do not allow guests to bring pets, the owners may sometimes bring their own. We keep the house very clean, but cannot promise that it is completely Allergan free.
