Welcome to our Kahakai suite, a tastefully remodeled one bedroom condo at Ilikai Marina that overlooks the Marina. Kahakai offers a combination of classic and modern furnishings, and comes fully stocked to ensure you have a comfortable stay.



The Space:

***Important*** This unit is located above the Chart House restaurant that is open until 12am daily and plays life music. Sunday through Wednesday music usually ends by 930pm. Thursday through Saturday music will play to 11-1130pm.



***Important*** Please note, exterior building repair and painting will start October 27th, 2025 and last up to 12 months. During this time, your unit's lanai will be closed and unusable. Expect jackhammering, grinding, and vibration noises from 8am to 6pm Monday through Fridays (excluding holidays)

And if you decide to rent a car to explore the island, a public self-park garage is right in the building.

• The Charthouse restaurant and Harbor Pub right below feature live music. If you or an infant may be sensitive to live entertainment or noise, please consider this.

• Laundry room is on the 8th floor. Use the app or credit card for payment. Guests provide their own laundry detergent.

•The Ilikai Marina public garage self-parking is located on-site ($33/day, with in/out privileges).

• Minimum age for guest (staying representative) staying is 21 years old.

• No smoking, vaping allowed inside or on the balcony. There is a smoking deck on the 7th floor.

• No pets and animals are allowed.

• No parties or events.
