With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and twin beds and 2.5 baths with a full size laundry room and free wifi...there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy quiet mornings on the walking trail through Huntington Beach State Park which is literally steps from the front door; Enjoy an afternoon and sunset on North Litchfield Beach which is only a 1/2 mile walk from the house; or Enjoy rounds of golf at the multitude of courses within a 15 minute drive. Our home is secluded on a private road that is bordered by a beautiful preserve! The home is interior design furnished and comes with a gas grill and outdoor Traeger smoker for a great summer cookout. The best restaurants in the area (Bistro 21, Franks, Chive Blossom) are only a 5 minute drive away. Enjoy your time in Pawleys Island at our house.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with quick responses and helpful information throughout our trip. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was clear that a great deal of care goes into ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable beach getaway!
