Birdies By The Beach

Welcome to Birdies By The Beach! Nestled in a gated golf course community, this welcoming condo is perfect for golfers and beachgoers alike.

This property features all-new interior and exterior furniture, as well as a fully upgraded kitchen stocked with all the supplies needed for cooking and dining, including a dual coffee maker. We provide a starter pack of paper supplies, dishwasher and laundry pods, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. For your convenience, the condo includes a washer and dryer, and pool/beach towels are provided.

Birdies By The Beach sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, a double bed, and twin beds. Each bedroom features fresh linens and extra blankets, and the main bedroom includes a smart TV for streaming. The well-lit bathrooms offer walk-in showers and are stocked with fresh towels and a starter pack of soap and toilet paper.

When you aren't enjoying the back porch overlooking the 10th green, you can take advantage of access to the Litchfield By The Sea Resort, which includes beach parking for easy access to the shore. The deck has clean restrooms and rinse off showers which are perfect for guests with young kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Birdies By The Beach! The property was newly remodeled, very clean, and featured incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we absolutely loved spending our mornings drinking coffee on the lovely screened-in lanai while spotting a ton of fun new bird species. As a minor note, the bathroom door was sticking a bit (felt like a hinge might be slightly off), but it really wasn't a big deal. Being so close to the beach was fantastic, and having the beach entrance pass included with the rental was a massive bonus! The owners provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Because of our late flight arrival, checking in was a little tricky, but the hosts gave us very clear instructions ahead of time that made the late-night process smooth. We would definitely rent this property again!
