Cozy 2BR apartment in the heart of Center City, just a short 5–7 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. You’ll be close to some of Philadelphia’s best restaurants, bars, and shops, while also having easy access to public transportation for stadium events, concerts, and exploring the city.

Lincoln Financial Field is about a 10-minute Uber or roughly 30 minutes by rail (SEPTA). A parking spot is included (rare in this area!) in an indoor garage. Perfect for FIFA World Cup games.

Why they chose this property

I love the building and location. It’s a great centrally located area, but safe with 24/7 security. It’s easy for trips if you have a car, with in garage parking nearby included with your stay. But the area is amazingly walkable. There’s tons of great restaurants, shops, & so much to do around Rittenhouse, which is a 5-7 minute walk. Theres also Trader Joe’s, CVS, & Target within a 5 minute walk. Great access to public transport for games & events as well. Pretty much everything I need in the area!
