A group of 11 of us traveled to Boston for a wedding. The flats were right on top of one another and connected by a staircase (security doors on each flat). Since we rented both together, we had the top two floors to ourselves, separate from the rest of the building. I would note that the stairs are a bit steep and winding, with no other way up (no lift) so if someone has mobility issues, they should be aware. We had no issues with the neighborhood and the T stop was very close. The photos are accurate. These flats have clearly been renovated fairly recently and there may be a few kinks left to work out, but the rooms and bedrooms were as advertised. For vacationing they had what we needed.
