The house is located a short distance to OBX beaches, restaurants, a winery, water park and several golf courses,
The property sets on a wide canal with beautiful views. A boat ramp is ready for your boating needs be it motor boat, sailing, paddle boarding, rafting or canoeing. Fishing from the front yard is great. Fire pit, grill and a picnic table are out in yard. Parking in driveway.
Lastly but not least, we welcome your four legged family member. Dog park located in Kitty Hawk, NC

My husband and I are from Maryland and we enjoy the quiet setting and sitting by the water enjoying the view. Boaters come by our front yard as well as local waterfowl. We love the beaches. Relaxing on the beach enjoying the waves and the sand in our toes is the best.
