Overall, house and grounds are very good. They could use a some upgrades/repairs but we’d say it’s still a great overall value because of the comparatively low rental cost. Just a note - the ground level bedroom and bath are completely separated the main living areas on second level. Also, there is very little light at the boat lift/deck and bulkhead if you intend to fish at night. Still, we had a great time and consider this a great overall value.
