This 4 bed / 4 bath Villa (sleeps up to 13) was designed for groups who want resort-style amenities and a fun, comfortable home base. You’ll enjoy a custom, top-of-the-line bunk room that sleeps 5, tons of outdoor games, and stylish, coastal décor throughout, we went all-in on the beach theme and it shows.

Located in the gated Lost Key community, you’ll have 24-hour security, a shuttle that picks you up in the neighborhood and takes you straight to the neighborhood Olympic sized pool and hot tub and the private Gulf-front Beach Club, where you’ll find a pool overlooking the ocean, a restaurant/bar, plenty of seating, and private beach access just for owners and guests.

Back in the neighborhood, you’re surrounded by resort amenities: an 18-hole Arnold Palmer–designed golf course, resort-style pools, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness center with pool & hot tub, bike/walking trails, and more.

This is the entire, private right side of a massive Duplex style Villa!

Dogs:
•Dogs are welcome with prior approval

•All pets must be registered at the time of booking along with all guests

•Additional pet fee and simple house rules apply (no pets on furniture, clean up after your dog, etc.)

Security & community rules:

•Lost Key is a gated, 24-hour security community, all guests / pets must be registered

•Parking and community rules must be followed
