It’s a rare combination—golf course serenity meets beachside convenience—and it’s all right here. Walking in the front door, the island vibe kicks in instantly. Vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and a direct line of sight to the river create that open-air, coastal feel that never gets old. The living room is spacious, inviting, and perfect for winding down after a beach day—or gearing up for happy hour. The kitchen is designed with custom wood cabinets, a commercial-sized fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, and wine cooler make it as functional as it is beautiful. The master suite has an en suite with a twin-sized soaking tub, and an amazing grotto-style stone shower. There are also sliding doors from both the living room and master suite to walk directly to the balcony overlooking the pool. Outside, you’ve got your screened-in pool, a large deck for lounging or grilling, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off after your ocean dips. The best part, you’re within walking distance or a short drive of Sundial Resort, Casa Ybel, and Sanibel Island Inn. That means possibilities of beachfront cocktails, sushi, a spa day, or a quick game of pickleball are always on the table. The public amenities at Sundial—including its legendary tiki bar, Captain’s Catch restaurant and Japanese steakhouse—are open and welcoming. This place isn’t just near the action. It is the action, with enough peace, privacy, and postcard views to remind you that yes, you really are living the island dream and at Paradise. Welcome to your new favorite corner of Sanibel with some of the best shelling opportunities in entire world and shore birds, nesting turtles, eagles, osprey and other wildlife. This is a wonderful monthly or seasonal stay with a private atmosphere for a family and extended family. Your owners and hosts live on Sanibel five months of the year. We have spent winters here the last five years. We love our time on the island enjoying many of the public beaches, Gulfside City Beach, Tarpon Bay Beach, Light House Beach and Bowman Beach. Also, we bike almost daily along the many shared bike and walking paths. Sanibel has many fun and delicious restaurants where we enjoy eating. Jerry’s Grocery has a full service deli, bakery, fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and especially fresh fish. Sanibel is a wonderful place to spend your well earned time away, There are many shops, restaurants, Shell Museum, Farmers Market (October to May) for you to enjoy. We almost never leave the island. We are so proud of the island’s recovery after the impact of the hurricane. There is also a two car garage floor that has a new epoxy glow flooring,
