[ Grias Di ]<br>and a warm welcome to the newly built fuxbau holiday home in Ruhpolding.<br>If you’re looking for the perfect holiday where you can be completely independent and free, then you’ve come to the right place.<br>You’ll be staying at the foot of the Alps, right on the trail leading up to the Zinnkopf, on a quiet side street—yet just a 10-minute walk from the village centre. A great balance...<br>We have a lockable garage for your car.<br>You can access the newly built holiday home via your own private entrance. Once inside, you’ll find a 15-square-meter terrace with everything you need for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the sunset...<br>With 50 square metres of living space, you can make yourselves right at home (a total of 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby). Most of the furniture was handcrafted by me using wood from trees in the Chiemgau region and treated with food-safe natural wax. Underfloor heating provides modern comfort. <br>The open kitchen is fully equipped, and by the way, it doesn’t matter to it whether you use it or just order something from a delivery service... But if you feel like cooking, you’ll have access to an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a glass-ceramic cooktop—along with all the bells and whistles you need for cooking. If anything is missing, just let me know; I live right next door and can definitely help you out.<br>We’ve just added a custom-built fold-out cot to the bedroom, so you can quickly turn it into a big family bed. We also have a sleeper sofa that I’d be happy to set up for you. If you’re travelling with a little one, I also have a travel cot available for you to borrow.<br>I’d like to point out that, due to the large windows, the holiday home cannot be completely darkened, and we are not wheelchair accessible. On the plus side, you’ll be able to enjoy the mountains and the sunset even better. Of course, we’ve also provided a stair gate so the kids can explore within a safe area. The electrical sockets are equipped with built-in child safety covers.<br>We’re happy to welcome solo travellers, singles, and couples, but if you’re travelling with your little ones, feel free to borrow some items from us. My husband and I argue twice a year—once about the string of lights at Christmas (we now have individual battery-powered ones) and once when we go on holiday. But that’s only been the case since we’ve had kids and have to fit all that stuff in the car. :) We can save you the hassle by providing you with a travel cot, high chair, stair gate, Deuter baby carrier, baby monitor, baby bathtub, potty, tricycle, and walker, as well as games for kids of all ages and a Chariot bike caravan that can also be used as a stroller. <br>Dear pet owners: We’ve been allergy-friendly from the start, so the house is reserved for humans only. Speaking of allergies, I’ve purchased allergy-friendly bedding and towels; if you need anything specific, let me know—I might be able to help.<br>We also clean using effective microorganisms; if you’re interested in sustainability, just ask me.<br>My husband handles the technical side, but I’ll list the amenities here. Of course, we have free Wi-Fi—perfect for workations, working from home, and business trips. You’ll have access to various streaming services (Prime Video, Disney+) on the 43-inch smart TV, but you’re also welcome to log in with your own account so your shows are ready to watch right away.<br>We also have a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your podcasts, children’s audiobooks, or just music. A 24/7 contactless check-in is also possible via a smart key system.<br>The bedroom was custom-built by our grandpa; it features a tall spruce king-size bed—one side is firm (H2) and the other is extra firm (H3)—and next to it, each person has their own hanging space and drawers for clothes and electronic devices. We also have an additional guest bed measuring 80x200 cm, so you can turn the bedroom into a huge family bed for you and your loved ones—perfect for cuddling and feeling close.<br>The naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, a soft-close toilet, and a sink with an anti-fog full-length mirror.
