Beautiful home with everything me and my family needed to spend quality time together for our annual vacation. The property manager Michael was super helpful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this house for a private getaway. We will be coming back for a visit

The house is very nice. The game room had plenty of things for all ages. The view was phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay so much. There was a problem with the WiFi because of a lightning storm but Michael worked to get it up and running in a timely manner. This property will definitely go on our list of properties to return to.

The mountain views are by far some of the best I’ve ever seen! The cabin is secluded near the top of a 3,000 ft mountain overlooking, incredibly spacious, and offers an unforgettable mountain getaway. The drive up to the cabin is curvy, but it is absolutely worth it for the breathtaking views at the cabin. Each bedroom is very well equipped, and the entire cabin is furnished with beautiful, high-end furniture. One experience you definitely don’t want to miss is relaxing in the rooftop hot tub, the views from there are truly amazing! The theater room is also top-notch and includes great extras like a mini fridge and karaoke machine, making it perfect for relaxing and having fun with family or friends. The heated pool is warmer than other cabin pools which is also a good thing, Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for privacy, luxury, space, and incredible mountain views, don’t miss the opportunity to stay here!

The house itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and extremely spacious. We enjoyed the home, but unfortunately, several of the amenities we specifically chose—and paid more—for were not available during our stay. When we booked, the property was advertised as having a pickleball court, which was one of the amenities we were really looking forward to using. However, when we arrived, the court was covered in mud and unusable. I completely understand that weather can cause unexpected issues, but considering the price of the rental and the fact that this was an advertised amenity, I feel a small refund or adjustment would have been appropriate. The driveway was also extremely muddy and sandy. Again, I understand that weather conditions are beyond anyone’s control, but it was disappointing having to walk through the mud and then track it into such a beautiful, clean home. Guests should also be aware that there is a short stretch of gravel road leading to the property. The biggest disappointment was the heated pool. We specifically paid for the pool-heating option because we wanted to be able to enjoy the pool during our stay. It worked initially, but after the third day—apparently following pool maintenance—the fuse was removed, and we were no longer able to heat the pool. That left us unable to use another amenity that we had specifically paid extra for.Overall, the home itself is gorgeous, clean, and spacious, and there is a lot to love about the property.

When we arrived, there were a few issues with the property a couple of things that did not fully match the listing. However, this is a very large home that sleeps around 30 people, and with a property of this size, things can occasionally get broken, misplaced, or may not be able to be replaced before the next guests arrive. What mattered most was how the owner handled everything. They took full accountability, responded immediately, and offered to make everything right, including arranging local delivery to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.Their communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire situation. That level of customer service speaks volumes. No vacation rental will ever be absolutely perfect, especially one designed to accommodate such a large group. At the end of the day, the most important thing is having an owner who responds, takes concerns seriously, and does everything possible to make the stay right. This owner exceeded our expectations in every way.The house itself was extremely spacious, the views were amazing, and the drive up was an experience of its own. We even saw bears along the road on the way to the property, which made the trip even more memorable. The pool and hot tub were especially impressive. They were the cleanest and freshest-smelling pool and hot tub we have ever experienced during our 15 consecutive years of visiting the area. It was obvious they were very well maintained, and our family loved

The house and views were great. There were plenty of things to do without leaving. Our kids loved the pool and the theater room. Lots of room for everyone and the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was good as well. There were a few minor things that kept this from being a 5-star experience. When we checked in at 4pm the cleaners were still cleaning until near 5pm, which means we kind of just had to wait out of their way until they were done. We were looking forward to using the hot tub the first night of our two night stay, but it was turned off and not warm at all. It took several hours to get it warmed up, but by then it was too late to use it. We also were looking forward to sitting out on the deck and using the fire pit, but all of the propane tanks were empty, and unfortunately, we weren't able to get replacements until around 7 pm the following evening from the maintenance crew. Overall, the experience was good, The above issues were not that big of a deal, but for the premium nightly rate of the rental, I would have expected to have full use of the described amenities throughout the duration of the stay and not have to awkwardly wait around to check in with the rest of our party.
