Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a king bed dressed with bed linens and extra pillows and blankets, creating a restful place to recharge. A safe and clothing storage provide added convenience, while air conditioning with a split type ductless system helps maintain a comfortable environment throughout your stay.



Living and comfort

The living area is designed for both relaxation and connection, with a TV for entertainment and an indoor fireplace: electric that adds a warm, inviting touch in the evenings. Essentials are provided, and thoughtful details like an iron and hangers make it easy to settle in. The condo is equipped with Wifi and includes a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, ideal for focused work or quiet planning time.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen offers a complete space where you can prepare meals during your stay, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, freezer, and cooking basics. Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the first floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

Is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social squares, marina and the beach all at walking distance.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Getting Around:

This property is super close by to any and all stores you may need during your stay, like the Oxxo (Mexican 7-11), grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats and is less than 10 minutes from the famous Medano Beach.
