Alles tipptopp, gerne wieder

Wir haben 5 Nächte in dieser Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Für jegliche Fragen und Anliegen stand uns die Familie Kuhlmann über WhatsApp jederzeit bereit. Besonders anmerken möchten wir die Ausstattung der Küche, die unserem deutschen Standard kaum Wünsche offen ließen, lediglich einen Dosenöffner haben wir vermisst. Ebenso ist der Balkon viel größer als er auf den Fotos in der Galerie scheint , was uns sehr gefreut hat! Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Dazu ist es sehr angenehm, dass das eigene Auto sogar in einer Tiefgarage geparkt werden kann. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Ospedaletti welches für uns ein sehr angenehmer Ort war, nicht zu klein, nicht zu groß mit allem was man braucht. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die wir sehr weiter empfehlen können :)

Toller Wohnung um in Ospedaletti Urlaub zu machen!

Das war unser zweiter Besuch dieser Wohnung, alles bestens (nur ein Ventilator wäre nicht schlecht), wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zentral, schick und freundliche Vermieterin

Wir (Ehepaar) haben uns in der großzügigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage und ist gut ausgestattet (uns fehlte nichts). Der Balkon ist wirklich groß. Die Wohnung liegt total zentral, zu Fuß ist unter anderem der Supermarkt, der Strand und der großartige Fahrradweg zu erreichen. Natürlich hat man eine entsprechende urbane Lautstärke. Die deutsche Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr zentral im Ort gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zum Lebensmittelmarkt und Bäcker, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in knapp 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad an der sehr schönen Pista ciclabile. Sehr bequem die Tiefgarage, in der wir Auto und Fahrräder gut unterbringen konnten. In nur 3 Minuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle und kann bequem z.B. nach Sanremo oder Bordighera/Ventimiglia fahren. Besonders schön an der Wohnung ist der große Balkon, auf dem man bereits zum Frühstück die Sonne genießen kann. Sehr gute Tipps und Betreuung durch die sehr freundlichen und angenehmen Vermieter, die immer erreichbar waren. Wünschenswert wäre eine Erneuerung der Couch und die Anschaffung eines neuzeitlichen Fernsehers um es in der Wohnung gemütlicher zu haben, sollte man abends den Balkon einmal nicht nutzen wollen. Die Waschmaschine ist ein Muss, aber leider sind kein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und werden gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Eine Verbesserung der Ausstattung wurde in Aussicht gestellt, daher würden wir auch Freunden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Freundliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet, sowie in zentraler Lage. Ein großer Balkon rundet das Wohlgefühl ab. Positiv war das Vorhandensein einer Tiefgarage eines Aufzuges und einer Waschmaschine. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Spülmaschine gewesen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuverlässig! Sehr zu empfehlen!
